Observations in Guatemala

Being introduced to a group of 50 teachers as a 'Polaco' reminded me that the last time I was called a Polak was in grade school.

Say 'Cheese' when getting your picture taken and everyone looks like they are smiling. Say 'Queso', NOT the same effect.

I wish I knew Spanish so I could figure out why this group of teachers are giggling and giving knowing glances in my direction.
