Kooky Nieghbor

We had a kooky neighbor at the house we rented on our family vacation in North Carolina.
Day 1 she walked over with this blind dog, claimed she got him from the Drug Enforement Agency, and then proclaimed to my pregnant sister "...so NO DRUGS!!" We saw her a few more times that week for what I call 'surprise raids".
